At Mantis, we stand behind the durability of our gear. If your equipment doesn't help you perform at your peak, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mantis account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
